The company was formed in 1994 to answer the complex information management needs of organizations in a simple, structured manner, using tools that customers are already familiar with; Microsoft® Office.

Today, we continue developing tools, methods, and business alliances to support information management initiatives. Through the implementation of industry leading software solutions, we enable our clients to excel in their associated markets.

Early on, we determined that capturing and organizing business process knowledge in an automated method, for use in data systems projects, was not available in an easy to use, cost effective solution. The results of that analysis make up our project methodology known as the icetools (information computer engineering tools):
